Error message "Unable to connect to Infront Analytics server"
You may get the following error message when entering your account credentials to allow the Excel Add-in to connect to the Infront Analytics server:
"Unable to connect to Infront Analytics server (check Internet connection)".
This message informs you that the connection could not be established. It can happen when you work in a secured environment and/or use a global security software. In this case, you have to authorize Infront Analytics server and IP addresses on your firewall.
