Infront tab and ribbon missing when I open Excel

If the Infront tab and ribbon do not appear in the Excel menu bar, then it means that the Excel Add-in is not loaded.

To fix this problem, follow these steps:

  • Check that the Excel Add-in is installed and can be loaded manually. To do so, start Excel, then type "Infront" in the Windows start menu, and select the application "Infront Excel Add-in".
  • Make sure that the option "load add-in at startup" is activated in the Excel Add-in settings.
