Why the current EV in Market Multiples is different from the one in Market data?

The current EV figure displayed in the "Valuation" section of the "Market Data" view is always calculated using the current market cap and the last annual net debt. Whereas the EV shown in the "Market Multiples" views can be calculated in different ways depending on the options selected in "Calculation Settings".

Therefore, both EV could be different if the EV in "Market Multiples" is calculated using an average market cap and/or an interim/forecast net debt.
